Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to support Technology and Digital Transformation projects, managing equipment and software, and providing user support. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities * Participate in and provide support for the company's Technology and Digital Transformation projects. * Manage and maintain up-to-date the inventory of computer equipment assigned to users. * Support the administration and tracking of software, applications, and technology licenses. * Prepare purchase orders and service requests related to the IT area. * Coordinate support, delivery, return, and control of communication and computer equipment. * Administer and control user access to the organization's various systems. * Provide support to internal users for technological requirements according to the IT area guidelines. * Maintain updated documentation and records related to IT processes. * Comply with internal procedures, corporate policies, and company-established regulations. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and other management systems implemented by the organization. Requirements * Student in final semesters or recent graduate in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in roles related to technical support or technology management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Availability to work onsite. * Interest in developing expertise in Information Technology and Digital Transformation areas.
