




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, selection, contract preparation, and attendance tracking processes, contributing to administrative coordination. Administrative coordination with other departments Job Posting: Human Resources Assistant Location: This position requires availability to work in Miraflores, San Isidro, and La Molina on specific days. Main Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Prepare and manage contracts, payroll slips, and personnel files. * Record and monitor attendance, vacations, and medical leave. * Support occupational safety and health (OSH) matters. * Generate Excel reports and coordinate with various administrative departments.
