Documentation management and report preparation. **Job Objective** Provide support in administrative activities related to ledger and inventory control, coordination with the production department, and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, ensuring order, timely recordkeeping, and information tracking. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and update material ledger entries for receipts, issues, and balances. * Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies. * Coordinate with the production department regarding delivery, return, and control of materials required for operations. * Verify supporting documents such as delivery notes and invoices, and maintain an organized filing system. * Prepare basic control reports and report any inventory or material movement irregularities identified. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Required Profile * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of ledgers and inventories. * Proficiency in Excel and office software. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. * Effective communication with the production department and other internal departments.
