




Position Summary: A leading construction company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to coordinate and manage recruitment processes, administer personnel files, and provide support across various HR areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and management of recruitment processes. 2. Administration of personnel files and affiliation management. 3. Support for workplace climate initiatives, onboarding, and training. Our client, a leading construction company, is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Coordinate, manage, and monitor assigned recruitment processes. * Administer the creation and updating of personnel files. * Manage staff affiliations with SCTR, EsSalud, Vida Ley, and other applicable insurance schemes. * Coordinate the issuance and distribution of photo ID badges to staff. * Provide support in personnel administration processes (e.g., employment contracts, attendance tracking, subsidies, etc.). * Support workplace climate and internal communication initiatives. * Provide logistical support for onboarding and training activities. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and personnel administration. * Prior experience as a Human Resources Assistant or in similar roles. * Familiarity with job boards. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee. * Hybrid work arrangement.
