Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to efficiently manage the reconciliation of card transactions, identify process improvements, and support monthly Treasury closing activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage reconciliation of card transactions 2. Identify and propose process improvements 3. Support monthly Treasury-related closing activities **Job Description** ---------------------- Efficiently and promptly manage the reconciliation of card transactions * Review and reconcile card transactions by validating against deposits made by processors (e.g., Niubiz, Amex, Diners, etc.), including both recurring and non-recurring charges. * Identify and propose process improvements, automation opportunities, and analytical tools. * Support the delivery of information for monthly Treasury-related closing activities. * Provide data for generating performance indicator reports and ensure compliance with Treasury OKRs and internal policies. * Other duties inherent to this position **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Junior Accountant * Proficiency in SAP R3 (mandatory) * Intermediate-level Excel skills This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
