Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer for Technical Office and Construction Support, responsible for preparing and monitoring progress reports, quantity take-offs, valuations, and technical documentation, with continuous coordination within the team. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines ARCHITECT / CIVIL ENGINEER – TECHNICAL OFFICE AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT A contracting company requires an Architect or Civil Engineer for a project located in Miraflores, with immediate availability. Responsibilities: Preparation and monitoring of construction progress. Quantity take-offs and valuations. Preparation of protocols and documentation for delivery of work items. Tracking and closure of observations and pending items. Preparation of reports, letters, and emails. Management of drawings and technical documentation. Support in scheduling, monitoring, and project closure. Continuous coordination with the field team. Required Profile: Experience in building construction projects. Discipline, punctuality, and responsibility. Organization and consistency in tracking pending items. Proactivity and initiative in problem-solving. Ability to work autonomously and under pressure. Strong communication and coordination skills with site personnel. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. Work Location: Miraflores, Lima. Availability: Immediate.
