Here, we’ll teach you everything you need to know! **What will your schedule be?** Considering your personal organization, we maintain a fixed schedule so you can plan your days accordingly: * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM * Sunday: Free to rest and recharge! **What will you learn and do with us? (Your responsibilities):** * Guide the customer experience: You’ll learn how to welcome our guests with a warm smile, recommend our dishes, and guide them through their visit. * Master the art of service: You’ll be trained in order-taking, using our system, and following proper protocols for serving food and beverages at the table. * Wine culture: You’ll discover the world of wine from scratch—we’ll teach you correct bottle opening, service techniques, and basic food-and-wine pairing concepts. * Pre-service setup (Mise en place): You’ll help ensure the dining room is immaculate, beautiful, and fully prepared before opening—attending to every detail of the tables. * Teamwork: You’ll serve as the perfect bridge between kitchen, bar, and customers, always relying on your colleagues to ensure seamless service. **Who are we looking for? (Requirements):** * Experience: Zero experience required!
