If you are passionate about working with people, promoting a positive organizational culture, and participating in human resource management processes, this opportunity is for you. **What we seek in you** * Graduate in Psychology. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Knowledge of onboarding and induction of new employees. * Experience supporting organizational climate, culture, and internal communication initiatives. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using Buk is desirable (not mandatory). **Your mission will be** * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Manage contract renewals, addendums, letters, and employment documentation. * Provide support during onboarding and employee experience initiatives. * Draft and distribute internal communications, corporate greetings, and wellness campaigns. * Administer organizational climate surveys, performance evaluations, and other organizational metrics, preparing respective reports. * Execute organizational culture activities, employer branding initiatives, and talent lab projects. * Maintain updated organizational charts, reports, and departmental indicators. * Monthly registration of the Mandatory Life Insurance (Seguro Vida Ley) on the MINTRA platform. * Support in managing medical leaves and subsidies. * Provide support for training programs and corporate activities. **What we offer you** * Compensation of S/ 1,800\. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Corporate discounts and benefits through the Benefits Club. * Continuous training. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Experience handling the Buk platform and participation in Human Resource Management projects. **Would you like to join our team?** If you seek a company where you can learn, contribute ideas, and continue growing professionally, we want to meet you!
