Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in interference management and BIM for projects, capable of coordinating designs and preparing technical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification and analysis of interferences in projects 2. Coordination of BIM designs and models 3. BIM management and implementation in projects **Location: Aucallama, Huaral \- Lima** **Employment Type: As per project requirements** ***CV DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED*** Requirements: * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer or Architect. * Minimum 12 months of experience as an Interference Specialist, BIM Specialist, BIM Modeler, or BIM Manager. * Experience in preparing or supervising technical files for construction works in general. * Training in Project Management with a BIM focus. * Training in Road Infrastructure Design. Responsibilities: * Identify and analyze interferences among project disciplines. * Coordinate design and model integration. * Track technical observations related to interferences. * Participate in the project's BIM implementation and management. * Prepare technical reports related to their specialty. **Preference will be given to professionals residing in Aucallama, Huaral, or nearby areas.** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
