Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Production Assistant to support the preparation, conditioning, and production of fresh food at Fresh It. Key Highlights: 1. Pleasant work environment **KITCHEN ASSISTANT / MAGDALENA DEL MAR** **Salary:** S/ 1,300 per month **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site **Payment Method:** Receipt for Professional Services (RHE) **About the Position** At **Fresh It**, we are looking for a responsible, committed, and motivated **Kitchen Assistant / Production Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will support activities related to food preparation, conditioning, and production, primarily working with fruits, vegetables, and fresh ingredients. **Requirements** * Experience as a **Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, Kitchen Operator, or Production Assistant**. * Experience in washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits and vegetables. * Preferred experience in kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, or food production. * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and committed individual. * Availability to work on-site in Magdalena del Mar. * Ability to issue a Receipt for Professional Services (RHE). **Main Responsibilities** * Wash, peel, cut, and chop fruits, vegetables, and ingredients. * Assist in product preparation and assembly. * Condition ingredients for production. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Support proper storage of ingredients. * Comply with food hygiene and handling protocols. * Assist in various kitchen and production area activities. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of S/ 1,300. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Stable employment at a growing company. * Pleasant work environment. **Work Location:** Magdalena del Mar, Lima.
