Job Summary: We are seeking Dispatch Assistants for the automotive sector, responsible for receiving, verifying, preparing, and executing merchandise dispatches, ensuring product order and control. A leading Peruvian automotive-sector company, dedicated to manufacturing engine gaskets and present in over 30 countries, is currently seeking **DISPATCH ASSISTANTS** to join its team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? * Receive and verify products designated for dispatch. * Check quantities, documentation, and condition of merchandise. * Prepare and package products for dispatch. * Execute merchandise dispatches according to orders and required documentation. * Record product outbound movements and shipments. * Identify and report any discrepancies or non-conforming products. * Support inventory control of merchandise assigned to the area. * Maintain order and proper handling of products throughout the dispatch process. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in dispatch, distribution, or similar roles (preferred). * Availability to work during scheduled shifts. * Availability to work overtime. * Good physical condition for job-related tasks. * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to work as part of a team. * Foreign nationals with valid documentation may also apply. WORK SCHEDULES **Shift 1:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m.; Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. **Shift 2:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–7:15 p.m. **Sunday: Day off.** Availability for both shifts is required, as schedules rotate monthly.
