A leading Peruvian automotive company, specializing in manufacturing engine gaskets, with presence in over 30 countries and extensive experience in wholesale distribution of high-quality auto parts, is currently seeking **DISPATCH OPERATORS** to join its team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with a willingness to work collaboratively and grow within an established company. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Receive and verify products according to shipping documents and work orders. * Perform goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch. * Verify quantities, documentation, and physical condition of products. * Record inbound, outbound, and stock location movements. * Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products. * Monitor and report inventory levels. * Maintain order and proper product placement within the warehouse. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in warehouse, dispatch, or distribution (preferred). * Availability to work on monthly rotating shifts. * Availability to work overtime. * Good physical condition to perform job-related tasks. * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to work as part of a team. * Foreign applicants accepted, provided they hold valid documentation. WORK SCHEDULES **Shift 1:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Shift 2:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. **Sunday: Day off.** Important: Availability for both shifts is required due to monthly rotation.
