Compliance with quality and safety standards A leading company in the Peruvian automotive sector, specializing in manufacturing engine gaskets with a presence in over 30 countries worldwide and serving as a wholesale distributor of high-quality auto parts, is currently seeking a **WAREHOUSE OPERATOR**. BENEFITS: * **Direct payroll registration (all benefits\+ESSALUD\+FAMILY ALLOWANCE\+PROFITS)** * **Transportation allowance\+attendance bonus** * **Job stability** * Salary: PEN 1,150.00, increasing to PEN 1,180.00 after one year * **70% food coverage** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods related to import and export processes * Verify quantities, documentation, and physical condition of critical goods * Record incoming, outgoing, and location movements of goods in established systems and formats * Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products (NCP) * Monitor and report stock levels of critical goods * **Comply with quality and safety standards and internal plant work regulations.** REQUIREMENTS: * **Completed secondary education** * Minimum 1 month of experience * **WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND ADAPT WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT.** * Availability for overtime SHIFT SCHEDULE: Sunday off (rotating monthly) Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:15 PM Workplace: On-site employment Salary: PEN 1,200.00 \- PEN 1,350.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
