We are looking for a **Customer Service and Café Host/Hostess**, responsible for pampering our clients by preparing delicious beverages and snacks while they enjoy their aesthetic treatments. If you are charismatic, detail-oriented, passionate about premium service, and possess basic café/barista knowledge, this role is ideal for you! Main Responsibilities * **Premium Service:** Greet clients in the café area or beauty stations, present the beverage/snack menu, and take orders. * **Beverage Preparation:** Prepare coffees (espresso, cappuccino, latte), teas, juices, mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails), and serve fine pastries, maintaining an impeccable presentation standard. * **Station Service:** Deliver orders directly to hairdressing, manicure, or waiting areas with utmost care. * **Inventory Management:** Manage café inventory (coffee, milk, fruits, cleaning supplies), generate purchase lists, and report shortages. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain the bar counter, tableware, and coffee equipment immaculate and disinfected, following hygiene protocols. * Provide ongoing support to the reception team during peak hours. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in cafés, gourmet restaurants, hotels, or VIP lounges. * **Knowledge:** Basic experience operating espresso machines and preparing beverages (a basic barista course is desirable but not mandatory). * **Competencies:** Excellent verbal fluency, highly polite and courteous demeanor, proactivity, attention to detail, and strong orientation toward luxury service. * **Appearance:** Impeccable personal presentation (aligned with the beauty and aesthetics industry). * Availability to work salon hours (including weekends).
