Commercial Advisor – Retail Store **Join PRODUCMEDIC!** At **PRODUCMEDIC E.I.R.L.**, a Peruvian company dedicated to the importation and distribution of medical and orthopedic products, we are looking for a **Commercial Advisor** with a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities * Serve and advise customers in person and through digital channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media). * Identify customer needs and offer the best solution based on our product portfolio. * Follow up with potential customers and sales opportunities. * Prepare quotations, record orders, and manage related documentation. * Achieve the sales targets set by the company. * Maintain store display, organization, and cleanliness. * Assist with daily cash closing and document control. * Deliver high-quality service to foster customer loyalty. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred). * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and service orientation. * Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and WhatsApp Business. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork. * Availability to work onsite in **Los Olivos**. * Age between **18 and 30 years** (as specified by the company’s profile requirements).
