Collaborate on installation projects across various construction sites. **Fall Arrest Net Installation Technician** Employment Type: Full-time **Job Objective:** To install, maintain, and remove fall protection net systems on buildings, ensuring compliance with company-established quality, safety, and procedural standards. The Fall Arrest Net Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining fall protection systems, correctly utilizing assigned materials, tools, and equipment. The technician must comply with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations, and must mandatorily use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, the technician will assist in material transportation, maintain order and cleanliness of the worksite, report any unsafe conditions or incidents, participate in company-provided training, and collaborate with the team to ensure correct project execution and high-quality service. Required Profile: * With or without prior experience in fall arrest net installation and vertical work (prior training acceptable). * Desirable experience in working at height, construction, maintenance, or installations. * Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to safety. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Availability to travel to various construction sites or projects in Lima. In case of no prior experience: The company will provide training in: * Installation of fall protection nets. * Correct use of tools and equipment. * Safe working techniques at height. * Safety regulations and risk prevention. * Internal installation procedures and quality control. Desirable Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Certification in working at height (desirable, not mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts or overtime when required by the project.
