Willingness to learn and adhere to standards FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK HOURS: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM Main Requirements: ** Minimum verifiable experience: 2 months in coffee and related beverage preparation** ** Punctuality and responsibility regarding work schedule** ** Strong teamwork skills** ** Friendly attitude toward colleagues and customers** ** Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization of the work area** ** Willingness to learn and adhere to standards** ** Valid documentation for payroll registration** Key Responsibilities: ** Prepare specialty coffee, espresso, hot and cold beverages according to established recipes** ** Receive and serve orders promptly and courteously** ** Maintain cleanliness of machines, grinders, tables, and the entire work area** ** Perform basic inventory tracking and notify when restocking is required** ** Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations** Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
