Responsibilities * Preparation of daily menus (Peruvian cuisine) * Organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area * Basic inventory and waste control * Coordination with kitchen assistants * Adherence to working hours and restaurant standards Requirements * Prior experience as a menu chef * Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine * Responsibility, order, and consistency * Availability for full-time employment * Residence in areas near Los Olivos is preferred * Benefits offered by a small business.
