Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time cook to join our team at a café in Miraflores, supporting the preparation and presentation of dishes in an environment focused on all-day brunch and specialty coffee. Integration into a specialty coffee shop team **HITO** We are a café focused on ‘all-day brunch’ and specialty coffee, located in Miraflores. We are looking for individuals who can help us deliver the best possible experience to our customers. This time, we are seeking to fill the following role: Part-Time Cook **What will you do?** * Prepare the mise en place as directed by the head chef * Carry out production tasks as directed by the head chef * Assist in dish preparation, assembly, and presentation * Participate in cleaning routines * Other duties inherent to the position **What are we looking for?** * Students in their final semesters or graduates of gastronomy programs * Basic knowledge of BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) * Minimum 6 months of experience working in other restaurants * Availability to work in Miraflores * Availability to work from Thursday to Saturday, 4 PM to 10 PM, and Sundays, 3 PM to 9 PM. * Valid health certificate for food handling, or willingness to obtain one. **We offer:** * Monthly salary: S/.650 \- S/. 800 * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth * Direct payroll enrollment under the MYPE regime If you are interested in joining this project with great growth potential, please contact us!
