Ongoing training 3. Teamwork and adherence to procedures **Rose Cake** is looking for a **Pastry Assistant** to join our production team in Santiago de Surco. We seek a candidate with **a minimum of 6 months’ experience in pastry, baking, or confectionery**, who is responsible and eager to develop a career within the company. **Pastry experience is mandatory.** Responsibilities * Preparation of creams, fillings, and ganaches. * Preparation and baking of cakes. * Weighing and portioning of ingredients. * Assembly and filling of cakes. * Portioning and preparation of desserts. * Labeling and organization of products. * Supplying ingredients to various departments. * Cleaning and maintaining order in the production area. * Compliance with recipes, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Working Hours We offer three shifts: * **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.** * **11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** * **1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.** The employee will be assigned **one fixed shift maintained from Sunday to Friday**. On **Sundays, all employees start at 7:00 a.m. and finish at 4:00 p.m.** On a rotating basis, one employee will cover the **1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.** shift, according to plant scheduling. **Fixed day off: every Saturday.** Requirements * Minimum **6 months’ experience in pastry, baking, or confectionery**. * Basic knowledge of pastry production. * Experience in preparing creams, fillings, baking, and cake assembly. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability for on-site work in Santiago de Surco.
