Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and proactive individual to support the preparation, handling, packaging, and dispatch of meat products while maintaining order and hygiene in the work area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the preparation, cutting, and handling of meat products. * Clean and maintain order in the work area. * Receive, store, and organize products. * Package, weigh, and label products. * Assist in customer service and order dispatch. * Comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Support various activities within the production area. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 months of experience in supermarkets, preferably in the production area. * Experience in handling and preparing meat products is desirable. * Willingness to learn and develop within the area. * Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to perform manual tasks. * Availability to work during the specified schedule. * Preferably reside in areas near San Martín de Porres. WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. * One day off per week. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Monthly salary: S/ 1,400\. * Bi-weekly payments: on the 1st and 16th of each month. * Salary increase to S/ 1,500 upon completing 6 months of employment, subject to performance. * Job stability and opportunities for growth.
