Position Summary: We are seeking a Project or Production Architect/Engineer to comprehensively manage industrial and construction projects from inception through project closeout. Key Highlights: 1. Sourcing of suppliers and innovative finishes **POSITION: PROJECT OR PRODUCTION ARCHITECT/ENGINEER** Our company specializes in managing short- and long-term projects across diverse sectors, particularly Industrial and Construction-related fields. We are seeking top-tier talent to fill the professional role of: **PROJECT ARCHITECT**, specifically responsible for project conception, execution, and closeout. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree in Architecture. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** \- Current regulations governing building construction and urban development permits. \- Design. **OFFICE SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY** \- Microsoft Office. \- AutoCAD 2D – Advanced. \- Revit Architectural – Basic. \- SketchUp – Intermediate. \- 3D modeling software **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 2 years in public or private sector construction projects **ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:** \- Knowledge of finishing materials including carpentry, cladding, and painting. \- Material control and crew productivity monitoring. \- On-site personnel tracking and daily activity reporting. \- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Identify new and innovative suppliers and finishes in the market that enhance the quality of deliverables. 2\. Prepare construction documentation. 3\. Monitor work schedules and submit weekly reports. 4\. Coordinate directly with specialists, suppliers, and installers for architectural scope items. 5\. Periodically report progress on all assigned tasks to Management. 6\. Complete assignments within predefined budgetary and time constraints; if unfeasible, notify the Project Director in advance. 7\. Verify and ensure finishing materials are in perfect condition. 8\. Supervise and ensure all work complies with drawings, designs, contracts, and quality protocols.
