Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time cleaning operator to perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks for facilities, including sweeping, mopping, disinfection, and furniture cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive facility cleaning schedule 2. Maintenance of hygiene and order in various spaces * Sweeping and mopping floors * Sweeping and mopping stairs * Cleaning stair railings * Restocking paper towels, toilet paper, and liquid soap in restrooms * Removing garbage in plastic bags * Thorough cleaning and disinfection of restrooms * Cleaning elevators * Cleaning internal and external sidewalks adjacent to the building facade * Dusting, cleaning desks, computer equipment, cabinets, and all other furniture * Washing, polishing, and waxing floors * Cleaning office chairs and sofas * Cleaning upper sections of furniture * And other related duties.
