Position Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to join our collections team, responsible for preventive and corrective portfolio management, payment tracking, and debt recovery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective collection of the assigned portfolio 2. Tracks payment commitments and negotiable invoices 3. Coordinates actions for account regularization and debt recovery **CADILLO PHARMACY S.A.C.**, a pharmaceutical company with over 10 years of service, is currently seeking talented professionals to join our cleaning team, eager for professional growth. **Requirements**: * Technician or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management. * Knowledge of customer portfolio management and recovery. * Experience in administration and tracking of negotiable invoices. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational, analytical, and payment commitment tracking skills. **Responsibilities**: * Execute preventive and corrective collection management of the assigned portfolio. * Track payment commitments, promissory notes, checks, and negotiable invoices. * Manage recovery of overdue debt and coordinate actions for account regularization. * Validate customer payments deposited into the company's bank accounts and ensure their correct application in the management system. * Send account statements, balance confirmations, and no-debt letters requested by customers. * Record and update information related to collections and payment agreements. * Manage dispatch of white letters and notarial letters to customers when required to comply with procedures. * Control dispatch of email and/or SMS payment reminders. * Monitor and track physical and virtual signing of documents. * Track recovery indicators, aging of balances, and portfolio delinquency rate. * Implement process improvements and automation within the department.
