Our client, a leading Peruvian contact center company experiencing rapid growth, has entrusted us with the search for a **Collections Advisor**. What are the main responsibilities? * Contact clients to remind them of outstanding debts and secure payment commitments. * Evaluate cases and apply retention resources. * Record payment commitments and proof of payment in the management system. What are we looking for? * University students or graduates from undergraduate programs. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Basic proficiency in MS Office and collections management applications. * A leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual. What are the employment conditions? * On-site work at the office located in San Isidro. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. * Fixed salary + variable compensation + mobility bonus. * MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits.
