We are currently expanding and seeking committed, proactive, and results-driven individuals to join our sales team. Available Positions: 1 Sales Representative – Trujillo Customer service in Trujillo and surrounding areas. 1 Sales Representative – Chimbote Must reside in Chimbote. Customer service in Chimbote, Huaraz, and surrounding areas, with availability to travel within the assigned region. Main Responsibilities: - Visit pharmacies, drugstores, and healthcare establishments daily to promote and sell our product portfolio. - Develop and strengthen long-term business relationships with customers. - Manage customer portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and expand coverage in the assigned territory. - Record orders and follow up until product delivery. - Verify correct product display and availability at points of sale. - Negotiate commercial terms and execute promotions in accordance with company guidelines. - Gather market and competitor intelligence to identify business opportunities. - Prepare visit, sales, and performance reports. - Manage collections from sales, ensuring timely remittance of collected funds and maintaining responsible, transparent, and secure handling of money per company policies. Candidate Profile: - Experience selling pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or fast-moving consumer goods, preferably targeting pharmacies and drugstores. - Technical or university education in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related fields (preferred). - Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, customer service, and achievement of commercial targets. - Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharmaceutical distribution channel (preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other digital tools. - Excellent communication, organizational, and route planning skills. - Ability to work autonomously with a strong focus on achieving results. - High degree of honesty, responsibility, and integrity, as this role involves managing collections and safeguarding collected funds. - Valid driver’s license (preferred). - Full-time fieldwork availability.
