




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician for diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment, networks, and peripherals, with experience in providing technical advisory to customers and managing warranties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of equipment under warranty 2. Software and operating system installation and configuration 3. Technical advisory to customers and warranty management **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and repair of equipment under warranty (PCs, laptops, monitors). * Installation and configuration of operating systems, software (Microsoft Office, antivirus, Windows 10\), and other applications. * Physical refurbishment of equipment, including cleaning and replacement of damaged components. * Installation and maintenance of computing equipment (laptops, CPUs, monitors), local networks, and peripherals. * Technical advisory to customers, both in-person and remotely. * Warranty management and component replacement. * Teamwork and leadership in technical support projects. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of software and hardware. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in teams and lead technical processes. * Experience in technical support and maintenance of computing equipment.
