Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for billing, financial analysis, continuous improvement, and marketing in a family-owned perishable goods company. Key Highlights: 1. We are MISKY PERU, a family-owned company supplying perishable products, aiming for growth and expansion; therefore, we are seeking a professional to take charge of the billing department as well as financial analysis and proposals for continuous improvement. Additionally, the candidate should possess growth-oriented vision and marketing knowledge. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Conduct training for staff (Data Entry Operator 1 and Data Entry Operator 2\) \- Regularly review and verify work performed by staff \- Prepare payroll, submit deductions to staff, etc. \- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. \- Plan and schedule daily activities considering staff working hours and daily workload. \- Identify and contact new suppliers. \- Identify potential customers. \- Support planning and printing tasks related to production and transportation departments. \- Collaborate with staff to set customer pricing. \- Perform weekly price comparisons and publish results. \- Prepare monthly income statements and conduct analysis. \- Propose ideas for holiday celebrations. \- Follow up with the accountant on the points mentioned above. \- Organize drives and folders. \- Manage accounts receivable. \- Prepare weekly reports and improvement proposals. \- Send requirements and related functions **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. \* Minimum 8 months of experience in similar roles. \* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. \* Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting. \* Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred. \* Strong analytical skills and results orientation. **BENEFITS:** \* Timely and monthly payments.
