Contract and growth projection **Candidate Profile** * Final-year student (Marketing, Communications or related fields). * Minimum 6 months of content creation experience **(mandatory)**. * Proficiency in video editing, photography, and reels. * Creativity, visual judgment, and results orientation. * Proactivity and organizational skills. **Responsibilities** * Creation and editing of social media videos. * Production of visual content (photography and digital assets). * Development of reels and dynamic content. * Support in content planning and execution. **Terms** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (in-person and remote). * **Duration:** Initial evaluation period. * **Compensation:** To be discussed. * **Benefits:** Contract and growth projection.
