Excellent work environment and teamwork **We are looking for a Community Manager / Content Creator for Soul Marketing Digital!** Are you persuasive, dynamic, and positive-minded? We seek a **proactive Creative Community Manager**, capable of designing and editing content, visual and audiovisual strategies for growing brands. **What will you do?** * Plan, create, and schedule social media content. * Design graphic assets (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.) aligned with each brand’s identity. * Edit short videos with a commercial focus and storytelling approach. * Participate in ideation sessions, brainstorming, and content strategy development. * Develop monthly content plans with growth and engagement objectives. * Monitor performance metrics, respond to messages, and engage with communities. * Record content and operate audiovisual equipment (desirable). * Support recordings and have **willingness to appear on camera** when required. **What are we looking for in you?** * Solid knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects**, and **Firefly (generative AI)**. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in video editing software: **Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar**. * Skill in **creative writing** and social media management. * Proactivity, creativity, and eagerness to learn in an agency environment. * Prior experience preferred, but **a portfolio must be submitted** (personal or practice projects). **Work Schedule (Remote Mode)** * Monday–Friday: **8:00 am – 6:00 pm** / Saturdays: **9:00 am \- 12:00 pm** **What We Offer** * **Base salary of S/. 1200 \- S/. 1300 per month**. * Remote work mode * Excellent work environment and teamwork. * Growth opportunity within the agency. * Ongoing training on digital marketing trends and AI applied to content. * Projects with diverse, real-world brands.
