Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Video Editor with e-commerce experience, focused on producing content that sells and optimizes. Key Highlights: 1. Create and edit e-commerce content that sells and optimizes. 2. Propose creative improvements and adapt videos to trends. 3. Essential experience in e-commerce content. VIDEO EDITOR FOR ONLINE STORE (SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT) Salary: S/ 1,500 monthly (base), with potential increase based on experience Work Mode: Hybrid Schedule / Target: 30 videos per week (In-person filming on Mondays and Tuesdays / editing from home on remaining days) IMPORTANT: Payment is weekly, contingent upon full delivery of all 30 videos. Meeting deadlines is CRITICAL. About the Position: We seek a Video Editor with e-commerce experience, who is creative, proactive, and results-oriented. We are not just looking for someone who edits—we need someone who understands how to create content that sells. Responsibilities and Profile: \- Create, film, and edit e-commerce content (ads and organic). \- Adapt videos to trends, virality, and video products. \- Propose creative improvements and optimize content. \- Basic use of AI for images and video. \- Experience in e-commerce content (MANDATORY). \- Creativity \+ rapid execution. \- Organization and accountability in hybrid work. \- Strict adherence to delivery deadlines. \- Production of 30 videos per week.
