The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest social media trends and be capable of creating attractive and relevant content for our audience. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 3 years in digital content creation and social media management within digital agencies. * Solid understanding of the latest social media trends. * Excellent writing and editing skills. * Strong on-camera presence and communication skills for appearing in videos for various brands. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Proficiency in **Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads** is desirable. * Availability for part-time work with immediate start. * Availability for hybrid work (from home and on-site when needed for filming at designated locations **(transportation covered)**). * Efficiency and high-quality output. * Must not be employed remotely or in-person by any other company (mandatory). * Must have internet access, laptop or PC. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Portfolio and CV (mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Create and publish attractive and relevant content for social media. * Manage and moderate the company’s and clients’ social media accounts. * Analyze social media campaign performance and make necessary adjustments. * Collaborate with other departments to create integrated content. * Stay current with the latest social media trends. * Support the Audiovisual Communicator in video recording and editing. * Draft digital plans and content for accounts. **WORK HOURS:** * Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary: 700 soles. * Paid day off on your birthday. * Ongoing training. **Please send your CV and portfolio to: rrhh@iconperu.pe** Job type: Part-time Salary: S/.700.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you agree with the offered salary?
