Possibility of working in both on-site and remote modalities Nuovo Profil Group, on behalf of one of our clients—a company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses overcome financial difficulties, with over 50 years of experience in Peru—is currently seeking talented professionals like you to serve as **EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL ADVISORS \- ON-SITE MODALITY**, with the following profile: **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract under the general regime, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, paid vacations, family allowance, EsSalud, etc.). * Monthly salary. * In-person training. * Contract signing upon completion of training. * ATTRACTIVE commissions. * Corporate benefits: salary advances, loans, food vouchers, EPS, discounts with partner brands. * Career development path. * Possibility of working remotely for 1–2 days per week. * Timely monthly payments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * On-site work modality: San Isidro (near Canaval y Moreyra station). * Personal computer or laptop (Windows 10, Core i3, 4GB RAM) and minimum internet speed of 30 MB. * Minimum 6 months of experience in call center collections (default or delinquent portfolio). **SCHEDULE:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:45 PM; Saturdays (training only) from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM (Saturdays subject to prior coordination). * Rest days: Sundays and public holidays.
