Brief Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated **Organizational Psychology / Human Resources Intern**, eager to learn and join our Human Capital Management team. The primary objective of this position is to provide training support in recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, and workplace climate processes, gaining hands-on experience guided by area professionals. * **Position Type:** Part-time **Specify clearly.** * **Work Modality:** REMOTE * **Location:** Lima, Lima 2\. Main Responsibilities (Training-Focused) * **Recruitment and Selection Support:** Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards (including Indeed), performing initial CV screening, and scheduling candidate interviews. * **Interview Logistics:** Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and analysts or department heads. * **Psychological Assessments:** Collaborate in administering, scoring, and recording psychometric and projective tests under supervision. * **Organizational Climate and Culture:** Support logistics and execution of integration activities, internal events, and deployment of workplace climate surveys. * **Document Management:** Assist in assembling digital personnel files for new hires and tracking onboarding documentation. * **Database Updates:** Maintain up-to-date HR software or selection process tracking spreadsheets (Excel). 3\. Candidate Profile Requirements * **Education:** University student in final cycles (7th to 10th semester) or recent graduate in **Psychology**, with an Organizational focus. * **Experience:** Not required. Prior involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous similar internships will be viewed favorably (non-exclusive). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with psychological tests oriented toward the workplace. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent empathetic communication skills, organizational ability, service orientation, confidentiality, and strong willingness for continuous learning.
