Job Summary: We are seeking a Personal Banking Supervisor to lead and train a sales team, focusing on organizing and achieving sales targets in the financial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and monitor sales teams. 2. Provide ongoing training in sales and negotiation techniques. 3. Develop career paths and training programs. We are ALVCOM, a company originating from the Banking Financial, Commercial, and Services sectors, with extensive experience in managing outsourced sales operations. Currently, we provide sales services for individual products to BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are seeking a \*Personal Banking Supervisor \- Payroll-Deductible Loans, for the Cajamarca location.\* Job Responsibilities: \- Organize, schedule, and achieve sales targets. \- Lead the assigned sales team, monitoring team performance and adherence to established metrics. \- Monitor and supervise sales indicators. \- Train company staff or field sales representatives (FFVV). \- Provide ongoing training to the assigned team in sales and negotiation techniques. Requirements: \- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a Sales Advisor or Sales Leader in the Financial Sector (Personal Loans or Payroll-Deductible Loans preferred). \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. \- Availability to conduct both field and remote work. \- Immediate availability.
