Currently, we provide sales services for individual products to BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are recruiting a \*Personal Banking Supervisor \- Payroll-Deductible Loans\* for the PUCALLPA location.\* Job Responsibilities: \- Organize, schedule, and achieve sales targets. \- Lead the assigned sales team, monitoring team performance and adherence to established metrics. \- Monitor and supervise sales indicators. \- Train company staff or field sales representatives (FFVV). \- Provide ongoing training to the assigned team on sales and negotiation techniques. Requirements: \- Minimum of 6 months’ verifiable experience as a Sales Advisor or Sales Leader in the financial sector (Payroll-deductible loans or personal loans preferred). \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. \- Availability to conduct both field and remote work. \- Immediate availability.
