We operate two cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Senior Pastry Assistant – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastelería, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about baking, here you won’t just work—you’ll also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation of cake, pie, brownie, cookie, and alfajor doughs and bases. \- Preparation of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembly, baking, and decoration of cakes and desserts. \- Processing and rounding doughs; preparation of frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Fulfillment of sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). \- Coating and decorating nougats and specialty products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or bakery (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy.
