




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support client acquisition, proposal development, and marketing strategies in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in proposal development and client acquisition 2. Assistance in meetings with clients and suppliers 3. Therefore, we are seeking to strengthen our company with a Commercial Coordinator. **Responsibilities:** * Support in developing service proposals and acquiring clients. * Support in building a database of prospective clients. * Support in client meetings and sales activities. * Contribute to reporting on sales performance indicators based on results. * Assist in meetings with clients or suppliers. * Support in designing *flyers*, envelopes, letters, and distributing promotional materials. * Support in coordinating the company’s marketing and advertising efforts. * Attend real estate fairs. ***Academic Qualifications:*** * Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields **Working Hours:** ⏰ Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm ⏰ Saturdays, 7:30 am to 1:00 pm **Office Location:** San Isidro **Company Regime:** REMYPE – Microenterprise (No bonuses, CTS, or family allowance) **Benefits:** * Fifteen (15) days of vacation (per year) * Enrollment in SIS (Social Health Insurance) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Our company operates under the MYPE regime, meaning we cannot provide the following benefits: bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing, and/or family allowance.
