Continuous training and mentoring At **Alvarez Arbulu Asesores**, a company dedicated to marketing real estate projects in Peru, we are looking for a person with **strong communication skills, initiative, and commercial orientation** to join our team. **What will be your mission?** Contact individuals interested in investing in real estate projects, briefly learn about their profile, and **schedule meetings with our commercial advisors**. **You will not be responsible for closing sales.** Your primary function will be to generate business opportunities and secure qualified meetings. Responsibilities * Make calls to prospects expressing interest. * Generate interest and identify needs. * Qualify potential clients. * Schedule meetings with the commercial team. * Record information and follow-up in our CRM. * Follow up on assigned prospects. What We Offer? * **S/ 565 monthly** as fees. * **S/ 7 for each qualified meeting attended by the prospect.** * **0.5% commission on each sale** closed as a result of your appointments. * **100% remote work.** * Training and mentoring. * Access to CRM, database, and work tools. * International phone line and WhatsApp Business. * Opportunity for growth within the commercial team.
