We are ALVCOM, a company composed of professionals from the Banking Financial Sector, Commercial Sector, and Services Sector, with extensive experience in outsourced sales management. Currently, we provide enterprise and individual product sales services to BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are seeking top talents like you to join our commercial team in TRUJILLO. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Generate agreement-based loan placements: Personal Loans, Debt Purchase, and Loan Restructuring. Assigned to agreements (e.g., Essalud, Peruvian Navy, Air Force, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit customers at various agreement locations and verify their compliance with required eligibility criteria. Conduct sales follow-up, closing, and post-sales activities (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. High commissions with no cap on income amounts. Production-based incentives. Continuous training. Work Certificate and/or Internship Certificate. Career path. Personal work tools (photocheck \+ cards \+ flyers). REQUIREMENTS: Experience in personal loan placement (AGREEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED). Experience in financial product sales and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Own laptop and home internet access. Availability for fieldwork (occasionally required for customer signatures and customer promotion).
