That’s why we’re looking for a DBA who combines technical excellence with a service-oriented mindset—someone who takes genuine satisfaction in seeing everything run smoothly. **Your Purpose in This Role** Ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical data platforms, supporting our clients with both a human-centered and strategic perspective. **What You’ll Do** * Administer Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases. * Manage backup, recovery, high availability, and operational continuity. * Optimize performance, capacity, and costs. * Participate in on-premises ↔ cloud migrations (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI). * Implement security, auditing, and industry best practices. * Conduct database capacity planning. * Resolve critical incidents with sound judgment, composure, and a client-focused approach. * Document, automate, and continuously improve processes. **What We’re Looking For** * 3+ years of production DBA experience. * Strong proficiency in at least one major database engine (Oracle or PostgreSQL preferred). * Experience with Linux, SQL, and real-world troubleshooting. * Experience with MongoDB (desirable). * Genuine interest in cloud databases and modern environments. * A mindset of continuous learning and collaborative teamwork. **We Value** * Authentic service orientation. * Responsibility and autonomy. * Clear communication—even when addressing complex issues. * Passion for doing things well. **What We Offer** * Challenging projects with real clients and mission-critical environments. * Technical growth (certifications, mentoring, ongoing learning). * The opportunity to join a company committed to humanizing the digital world.
