Prior experience is not required—only strong willingness to learn and work on-site. **Requirements:** * **Education:** University graduate (Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate). * **Fields of Study:** Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * **Experience:** Not mandatory (0–1 year). * **Software:** **Basic Excel** (data entry, summations, and simple reporting) and **AutoCAD** (reading and reviewing specialty drawings). * Basic English proficiency. * Availability for full-time employment. **Skills and Competencies:** * Proactive and capable of interacting effectively with the project team. * Adaptability. * Communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Site Assistance:** Support the Resident Engineer in supervising work crews (electricians, HVAC technicians, and communications technicians). * **Installation Control:** Verify proper installation of electrical cable trays, HVAC ductwork, and structured cabling. * **Inventory Management:** Track incoming and outgoing basic materials (lighting fixtures, power outlets, grilles, cables, etc.). * **Basic Quantities Surveying:** Count and measure daily construction progress for daily reporting. * **Testing Support:** Assist in functional testing of installed equipment. * **As-Built Drawings Updates:** Modify original designs according to changes made during client occupancy of the office.
