Continuous training in sales and product **Profile: Field Commercial Executive** A transportation company is looking for a **Commercial Advisor** with sales experience, marketing knowledge, and strong willingness to work in the field, focused on acquiring drivers interested in purchasing taxi vehicles. We seek a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with willingness to work in the field and engage directly with customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire taxi drivers interested in purchasing vehicles. * Conduct **field visits** to offer vehicles at taxi stands, strategic zones, ride-hailing apps, repair shops, and high-traffic locations. * Evaluate customer profiles and provide purchase guidance. * Build alliances with repair shops, taxi associations, and key sector contacts. * Implement digital and in-person marketing strategies to generate leads. * Manage social media, posts, and promotional campaigns. * Advise customers on financing plans, installments, and benefits. * Verify customer documentation for sales and financing processes. * Provide personalized advice and close sales. * Follow up daily with prospects until transactions are finalized. * Organize commercial activations, campaigns, and flyer distribution activities. * Manage database and reports in **Microsoft Excel**. * Prepare quotations and commercial documentation in **Microsoft Word**. * Manage customer portfolio and post-sale loyalty. * Update CRM. * Meet and exceed monthly commercial targets. **Requirements:** * Field sales experience. * Knowledge of digital and in-person marketing. * Strong communication skills and ability to close sales. * Availability for street/field work. * Proficiency in **Excel** and **Word**. * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented. * Prior experience with drivers, taxis, or the automotive sector is desirable. **Offered:** * **Fixed salary \+ attractive commissions (uncapped)** * **Real opportunity for professional growth** * Excellent work environment * Continuous training in sales and product **Apply now and join a team that creates opportunities every day.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
