




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the commercial strategy and development of Sustainable Factoring, manage relationships with CIB clients, and coordinate product implementation. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Proactively identify needs and opportunities by leveraging client knowledge and profiling through independent or GTB Banker-led client visits. * Lead contracting and coordinate implementation of the Sustainable Factoring product for CIB clients. * Maintain and strengthen relationships through specialized sales of Sustainable Factoring to CIB clients, ensuring end-to-end management and experience from sales through post-sales service. * Coordinate with Asset Growth on the implementation strategy for ESG questionnaires and/or affiliations of sustainable suppliers. * Monitor and anticipate discrete Sustainable Factoring operations. * Manage new leads with CIB clients to optimize usage of electronic factoring lines. * Identify Sustainable Factoring product gaps and coordinate with Asset Growth to prioritize and develop solutions aligned with client needs. * Review pricing by portfolio, client, and product to ensure revenue generation from services rendered. * Lead the TBB Sustainable Factoring Commercial Plan across the assigned client portfolio, grounded in market and data insights. * Promote synergies with Product and other banking areas (Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking). * Organize client events—Open Days / Workshops / Webinars / Specialized Forums—to drive adoption of Sustainable Factoring solutions. * Proactively lead syncs / briefings with Asset Growth, GTB bankers, and clients to boost transactional revenue generation within the client portfolio. * Coordinate activation of new and expiring factoring lines with Asset Growth, focusing on Sustainable Factoring. * Develop customized pitches on Sustainable and traditional Factoring, aligned with each client’s sustainability strategy. * Request CIB clients’ supplier databases. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * Prior experience in commercial areas, preferably in Corporate Investment Banking (CIB), Investment Banking, or Transactional Banking. * Proven experience in structuring and selling **Factoring, Supply Chain Finance (Confirming), or Working Capital** products. * Experience managing high-level corporate client portfolios and engaging with decision-makers (C\-Level executives, Treasurers, CFOs). **Technical Knowledge:** * **Strong Factoring expertise:** Deep understanding of the product (traditional and electronic), its legal and operational framework. * **Sustainability (ESG) knowledge:** Understanding of corporate sustainability regulations and strategies, ideally with familiarity regarding measurement and reduction of carbon footprint (Scope 3 emissions). * **Financial and Data Analysis:** Ability to read financial statements, structure pricing, and analyze sectoral data to anticipate business opportunities. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (for profitability/data analysis) and PowerPoint (for creating high-impact commercial pitches). * **Language:** Advanced/Intermediate English. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
