Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with experience in the financial sector to manage, calculate, and integrate payroll. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Payroll Specialist** with exceptional attention to detail and solid experience in the financial sector to join our Human Resources team. In this key role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the management, calculation, and integration of the institution’s payroll, guaranteeing maximum accuracy, timeliness, and strict compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory legislation specific to the banking sector. This position requires an individual with an advanced analytical profile, capable of handling strictly confidential information and managing complex compensation schemes that include performance-based variables, commercial commissions, and corporate benefits. **Main Responsibilities** * **End-to-end payroll processing:** Execute, review, and validate regular, special, and executive payroll calculations (salaries, commissions, performance bonuses, and statutory deductions). * **Regulatory and tax compliance:** Ensure correct application of tax withholdings, social security contributions, housing funds, and pension contributions, in accordance with current laws and financial sector audits. * **Banking-sector variable management:** Coordinate calculations for complex commission schemes for commercial staff, incentives, employee loans, year-end bonuses/13th-month payments, and premiums. * **Incident administration:** Control and enter into the system affiliation-related movements (hires, terminations, salary adjustments), medical leaves, vacations, and final settlement or severance calculations. * **Reporting and audits:** Prepare analytical payroll cost reports for the Finance Directorate and respond to internal and external audit requirements (financial regulators). **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed undergraduate degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields (degree holder). * **Work Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience in calculating and administering medium- to large-scale payrolls; **prior experience within the banking, financial, or insurance sectors is highly valued**. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems specialized in payroll and HR (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Meta4, or equivalent local platforms). * Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, logical and financial formulas, database cross-referencing). * In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of national labor, tax, and social security legislation. * **Key Competencies:** Impeccable attention to detail, strong analytical ability, high ethical standards and confidential information handling, results orientation, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
