Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to operate desorption equipment, refine valuable minerals, smelt precious metals, and monitor process parameters. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in desorption processes 2. Knowledge of precious metal smelting 3. Availability for atypical work schedule 20x10 * **What profile are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education, technical degree in metallurgy or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in desorption processes. * Knowledge of controlling plant desorption parameters such as: operating temperature, voltage, cyanide strength, and pH. * Knowledge of precious metal smelting. * Availability to work under the atypical 20x10 schedule (Chala, Arequipa). * **Responsibilities:** * Operate desorption system equipment: pumps, filters, boilers, and recirculation lines. * Refine valuable minerals. * Perform smelting. * Monitor temperature, pressure, flow rate, and levels according to Zadra process parameters. * Control and verify the operation of the electrolysis system. * Load and unload activated carbon from the reactor. * Collect rich and lean solution samples for laboratory analysis.
