The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and order at assigned facilities, preventing and controlling incidents, and acting professionally and diligently at all times. This role is essential to maintaining Prosegur’s high security standards and ensuring our clients’ peace of mind. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct perimeter and interior patrols of assigned facilities to detect and prevent suspicious or illegal activities. * Control access of people and vehicles to facilities, verifying authorizations and recording entries and exits according to established protocols. * Maintain a visible, deterrent presence to prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized intrusions, and other security incidents. * Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and risk situations, following defined response procedures. * Prepare daily and/or periodic reports on surveillance activities, incidents occurred, and any other relevant updates. * Efficiently use security and communication equipment (radios, telephones, CCTV, etc.) to maintain contact with the control center and other team members. * Verify proper operation of security systems (cameras, alarms, sensors) and report any anomalies detected. * Provide assistance and guidance to staff, visitors, and customers, ensuring courteous and professional treatment. * Comply with current regulations governing private security, including requirements set by **sucamed**. * Actively participate in company-provided training and continuous development programs. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in similar roles. * Valid Security Guard certification and license issued by the competent authority (mandatory compliance with **sucamed** requirements to operate in Peru). * Knowledge of surveillance techniques, access control, and emergency response. * Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure. * Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. * Good physical condition and fitness for conducting patrols and standing for extended periods. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prepare clear and concise reports. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends and holidays, as required by service needs. * Residency in Peru or valid work permit. * Clean criminal and police records. * Experience handling closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other electronic security equipment will be valued. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract under the applicable labor regime. * Competitive remuneration aligned with market standards and experience. * Full statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training within a leading company. * A safe and professional working environment. * Being part of an organization with a strong social and ethical commitment. **Selection Process:** Pre-selected candidates will be contacted to schedule subsequent stages of the process, which may include interviews, psychometric and knowledge assessments, and reference verification. **Join Prosegur and be part of the security of the future!**
