Experience in comprehensive payroll and accounting process management We are looking for an Accounting and Payroll Assistant who wishes to join a dynamic and growing team. We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile with solid knowledge of Peruvian labor and tax regulations, as well as experience in comprehensive payroll and accounting process management. Responsibilities: **Payroll Management** * Execute monthly payroll (calculation of remunerations and social benefits) in Odoo. * Record and monitor timekeeping, attendance, and incidents (tardiness, absences, leave requests, overtime, medical leaves). * Prepare and submit monthly declarations: PLAME and AFPNet. * Address staff inquiries regarding payments, pay slips, contracts, RIT, deductions, and benefits. * Provide support in implementing and improving the Odoo system (information gathering, data validation, testing, initial data loading, and follow-up). * Coordinate with HR, IT, vendors, and clients to ensure correct system configuration and migration. **Accounting Responsibilities** * Record receipts for professional services. * Provisioning of purchases, sales, payroll, expense reports, and expenses. * Filing of sworn statements in PDT 621 and 617\. * Monthly PLE – SIRE filing. * AFPNet filing. * Mass payment of withholding taxes. * Bank reconciliations. * Analysis of accounting accounts and financial statements. * Preparation of monthly tax settlements. * Provisioning of import and export invoices. * Preparation of daily and projected cash flow statements. * Monthly sworn statements and annual DJ filing. * Document control (invoices, receipts, tickets, credit notes, and debit notes). * Preparation of financial reports and balance sheets. **What We Expect From You:** Technical or university degree in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Mandatory proficiency in accounting and payroll software (Odoo preferred). Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor and tax legislation. Intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing, validations, pivot tables). Knowledge of Power BI. Experience in implementation or migration of accounting or HR systems (preferred). High confidentiality, order, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
