To date, we operate 29 pharmacies nationwide and lead the pharmaceutical market in the preparation of Magistral Formulations. Currently, we are seeking talent aligned with our culture—individuals eager for new challenges and deeply passionate—to serve as an **Accounting Assistant** at our **LOS OLIVOS** branch. **Requirements:** * Graduate (technical/vocational or university level) or currently enrolled in Accounting studies. * Availability to work Monday through Friday. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in accounting ledger analysis. * Experience supporting or preparing the Annual Tax Return (DJ Anual). **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure payments are correctly recorded in the accounting system. * Conduct active collections via phone calls, emails, or letters to manage receivables. * Review and reconcile petty cash and fixed funds. * Analyze accounts and validate payments. * Analyze Account No. 42 for financial statement preparation. * Record, reconcile, and report expenses in the STARSFOT system. * Prepare journal entries for Account No. 42. * Digitize annual declarations of accounting books.
