Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform tasks such as issuing financial documents, accounting entries, managing the accounting chart of accounts, and conducting bank reconciliations. (Mandatory) ● Issue receipts, invoices, and shipping guides. ● Record all types of financial documents into the accounting system. ● Knowledge of Perceptions, Withholdings, and Detractions. ● Process detraction payments and generate NPS. ● Manage the general corporate accounting chart of accounts. ● Experience in bank reconciliation. ● Familiarity with the Contasis system. (Not mandatory) ● Experience in filing PDT 621 – PDT 601\. ● Reside in Santa Anita, Ate, or nearby areas. (Mandatory) **Academic Qualifications:** ● Technical or university graduate/student in Accounting.
